Job description
职位概况
负责结构力学前沿理论研究及数字孪生模型构建，面向大跨桥梁、超高层建筑、海上风电等重大工程。
主要职责
- 开展结构力学、多物理场耦合仿真及材料本构模型研究。
- 构建并维护重大工程的数字孪生模型。
- 基于监测数据与仿真模型融合，实现结构状态评估、损伤识别与安全预警。
任职要求
- 结构力学相关专业博士学位。
- 具备复杂非线性、动态或显式/隐式有限元分析经验。
- 熟悉结构监测与仿真融合方法。
必备技能
- 熟练使用Abaqus、ANSYS、LS‑DYNA或COMSOL等主流有限元软件。
- 掌握Python、MATLAB、C/C++或Fortran中的至少一种，并用于科学计算或CAE二次开发。
