负责依据公司营销策略制定并执行销售计划，完成公司下达的业绩指标，主要面向饲料及畜牧相关客户。
主要职责
- 制定销售计划，达成任务指标。
- 开拓渠道，维护并稳固客户关系。
- 撰写市场调研报告，制定产品推广方案。
- 组建、管理销售团队，提供指导并推动业绩。
任职要求
- 大专及以上学历，畜牧兽医、动物营养、农学等相关专业。
- 3年以上饲料销售经验，1年以上团队管理经验。
- 能够承担工作压力，责任心强，具备管理能力。
- 良好的语言沟通能力和团队协作能力。
