职位概况
负责中国至欧盟/独联体走廊的公路与铁路货运操作，主要处理整箱（FCL）与拼箱（LCL）出口业务，确保运输效率与合规。
主要职责
- 核对成本与报价，确保货物安排符合条款条件。
- 检查并维护单证符合公司规定。
- 与客户、供应商及内部团队保持沟通，确保货物运输可控。
- 管理跟踪报告，完成数据录入与单证归档。
- 报告并处理运输过程中的异常情况，必要时上报运营主管。
- 处理客户的额外需求并做好归档。
任职要求
- 至少3年国际货运代理行业经验。
- 良好的英语口语和书写能力。
- 能够与客户频繁互动并与同事紧密合作。
- 具备团队精神，能够独立解决问题并全程跟进任务。
- 注重细节，愿意学习新知识。
必备技能
- 熟练使用Microsoft Word。
- 熟练使用Microsoft Excel。
- 熟练使用Microsoft PowerPoint。
