职位概况
负责公司税务管理与风险防控，涉及合同涉税审查、税种核算、政策解读及税务筹划等工作。
主要职责
- 审核合同涉税条款，识别并防范税务风险；
- 负责增值税、企业所得税等税种的计算、申报复核及缴款监督；
- 跟踪税务政策，编写解读简报并推动落地，开展税收优惠利用与筹划；
- 建立税务风险清单，配合税务稽查、纳税评估并准备应对材料；
- 对接税务机关，办理备案、退税等事项，支持审计、融资项目涉税工作。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，财政学、税务、会计等相关专业；
- 3-5年税务工作经验，熟悉《企业所得税法》《增值税暂行条例》等；
- 有“四大”或知名税务师事务所工作经历者优先；
- 持有CPA、税务师（CTA）等资格者优先。
必备技能
- 熟悉税收政策及税务筹划流程；
- 具备税务风险识别与防控能力；
- 良好的沟通协调与独立工作能力。
