职位概况
负责显微镜事业部产品组合（包括临床及工业产品）的整体质量管理，确保质量体系符合医疗器械法规要求。
主要职责
- 领导质量部门，制定并执行质量管理策略，满足公司及业务单元需求。
- 全面负责公司制造、研发、销售的质量管理体系（QMS），组织变更控制、过程验证、CAPA等关键质量活动。
- 管理质量保证团队，包括质量工程、来料、过程、成品检验及供应商质量管理。
- 制定质量计划、检验流程，评估新旧产品的可接受性，监督来料质量表现。
- 支持法规注册及产品放行，确保符合NMPA等监管要求。
任职要求
- 熟悉医疗器械相关认证与法规，具备QMS建设与维护经验。
- 具备变更控制、过程验证、CAPA项目管理能力。
- 能够分析并解决质量管理中的实际问题，具备团队培训与指导经验。
