职位概况
负责新工艺的研发与应用，支持汽车产品的制造与测试，参与平台项目的同步工程团队工作。
主要职责
- 开发生产设备的工艺参数并进行实施。
- 设计并采购用于实验和试装的工艺设备。
- 运用统计方法制定并执行测试计划。
- 开展实验测试并分析结果。
- 推动生产工艺及流程的导入。
- 在同步工程团队中协同平台产品开发。
- 支持量产过程中的工艺问题解决。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，英语可作为工作语言。
- 3年以上汽车行业工艺开发经验。
必备技能
- 统计方法应用于测试计划制定。
- 工艺设备的设计与采购。
- 实验测试与数据分析。
