职位概况

负责智能驾驶安全功能的端到端算法设计与实现，涵盖道路模型、交通参与者行为预测及自车决策规划等关键模块，推动雷达、摄像头及域控等产品的安全性能提升。

主要职责

设计并开发雷达/摄像头/域控等产品的安全功能端到端算法。
完成道路模型、行为预测、决策规划等模块的实现与性能KPI评估。
搭建可视化分析、数据挖掘、KPI评估及仿真等工具。

任职要求

硕士及以上学历，计算机、自动化、电子工程、车辆工程、数学或物理等相关专业。
具备端到端AEB/AES开发经验，熟悉ADAS安全功能的法规与性能要求。
熟悉ASPICE、功能安全、SOTIF等项目交付流程。
英语流利，具备技术文档撰写与会议沟通能力。

必备技能

C++、Python、Matlab编程能力。
熟悉AUTOSAR架构及嵌入式开发。
掌握常用AI工具、数据挖掘与可视化分析技术。
