职位概况

负责逆变器硬件系统的需求分析、架构设计及接口定义，支持客户需求并推动产品落地。

主要职责

分析客户需求，分解子模块硬件需求。
进行硬件系统架构设计，包括拓扑选型、设计、分析与优化。
设计硬件接口并与机械、软件、系统团队紧密协作。
对接内外部供应商，协调本地逆变器生产。
在硬件架构层面进行变体管理，确保模块化平台一致性。
针对产线和客户应用问题进行故障排查、根因分析并实施纠正措施。

任职要求

本科以上学历，3年以上硬件系统架构经验。
具备汽车牵引逆变器（单逆变器、双逆变器、多电平逆变器）开发经验者优先。
能够将客户需求转化为详细硬件需求并完成系统分解。
具备跨部门协作能力，能与机械、软件及系统团队有效沟通。
