职位概况
博世集团在苏州招聘软件产品经理（VMC），负责软件产品的全生命周期管理，推动产品创新与市场竞争力提升。
主要职责
- 开展市场研究、用户调研及竞争分析，为产品迭代提供依据。
- 制定产品愿景、战略定位和差异化路线图，确保与集团业务目标一致。
- 管理产品全生命周期，包括定价、推广及退市计划。
- 将技术语言转化为用户价值主张，收集并转化用户反馈为产品需求。
- 跨团队协作，推动产品成功开发与上市。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，软件工程或商务技术复合背景优先。
- 3年以上软件产品管理经验，有咨询公司或汽车行业背景者优先。
- 具备战略思维、商业分析及跨部门协调能力。
- 熟悉软件产品管理全流程，能够进行需求分析、产品设计和推广。
- 英语熟练，具备良好的沟通与影响力。
