电子系统工程师 TS - Electronics System Engineer

About the role

As an Electronics System Engineer for Thermal Systems (TS) at Bosch, you will contribute to the development of automotive ECU solutions, ensuring that customer requirements are translated into reliable hardware and software implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and evaluate customer requirements for TS products such as engine cooling fans, HVAC blowers, and pumps.
• Define ECU technical solutions, prepare deviation lists and discuss them with customers.
• Break down new software and hardware requirements, deliver them to domain teams and track implementation.
• Define functional system test scope, prepare test plans, conduct tests in‑house or coordinate external labs.
• Lead electronics‑related problem solving, including internal quality analysis and handling customer claims.
• Act as the electronics interface with project teams, ECU platforms and manufacturing plants, preparing timing schedules and moderating regular meetings.

Required profile

• More than 4 years of experience in electronic system, hardware or software development within the automotive sector.
• Hands‑on experience developing ECUs for TS products (engine cooling fan, HVAC blower, pump).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in vehicle engineering, electronic information engineering, computer science, automation or a related field.
