职位概况

通过有效的区域管理、团队管理及人员激励，贯彻公司市场策略并制定辖区市场发展计划，以支持公司业务目标的达成并提升产品在区域内的影响力。

主要职责

带领团队完成公司下达的工作目标，策划并组织区域市场促销活动。
拜访医院、与关键客户建立并保持良好合作关系，签订协议并确保产品供应。
收集、反馈市场信息，合理分配资源并控制费用，完成各项报表。

任职要求

医学、药学或相关专业大学专科及以上学历。
2年以上区域管理或团队管理经验。
具备产品知识、市场推广与学术沟通能力。
