Senior Product Manager - AI Agent

As a Senior Product Manager you will shape the future of Veeva China CRM by building a scalable, robust, developer‑friendly platform infused with AI and intelligent capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the core CRM platform with a strong focus on AI and intelligent services.
• Own the full product lifecycle of platform services, from concept and strategic planning to high‑quality delivery with engineering teams.
• Translate complex business challenges and developer requirements into scalable, innovative platform strategies.
• Define and optimize core platform services to support intelligent applications, ensuring reliability, performance, and usability.
• Define agent integration capabilities, including interactions with enterprise systems, agent‑to‑agent collaboration, and onboarding third‑party or custom‑built agents.
• Partner with cross‑functional leaders across product, engineering, and go‑to‑market teams to ensure strategic alignment and successful execution.

Required profile

• 7+ years of product management experience building platform products, AI agents, APIs, or developer frameworks.
• Strong technical background, such as a Computer Science degree or hands‑on software development experience.
• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and agentic AI frameworks.
• Passion for product quality and ability to turn complex technical features into intuitive platform services.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with proven ability to partner effectively with deep technical engineering teams.
• Fast learner capable of quickly mastering complex technical architectures and domain‑specific business knowledge.
