Senior Manager, Immunology – Medical Affairs

About the role

The Medical Advisor/Medical Manager is responsible for developing and executing the Medical Affairs strategic plan for China, dedicating up to 50% of time to external scientific engagements. The role bridges cross‑functional strategy, builds trust with the medical community, and supports issue resolution for company assets.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate actionable medical insights to inform company strategies and translate global medical goals into local tactics.
• Support investigator‑initiated study proposals and collaborate with research labs and Global Clinical Trial Operations to identify investigators for clinical programs.
• Facilitate data generation activities across phases I‑IV, including selection of research projects, centers, and investigators.
• Provide balanced, non‑promotional scientific information in line with company standards and local regulations.
• Build trust with external scientific community through peer‑to‑peer exchange, research collaborations, and advisory boards.
• Lead resolution of regulatory, compliance, and asset safety or quality issues, and support health technology assessment and reimbursement dossiers.
