Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

As a Senior Graphic Designer you will bring fragrance concepts to life through compelling visual communication. Working closely with the Head of Development for Greater China & Korea, you will support internal and external presentations, making them more effective and visually captivating.

Key responsibilities

• Create and produce print materials such as logos, labels, posters, signage, brochures, and booklets.
• Develop short videos, data‑visualisation templates, bespoke presentation decks and product/pack mock‑ups for multimedia use.
• Select appropriate media and styles that align with Givaudan brand guidelines.
• Source, set up and manage props for client presentations and events.
• Handle image production tasks: sourcing, scanning, retouching, cutting, binding and mounting.
• Maintain department equipment (printers, plotters, cameras, AV gear) and manage design supplies and the graphics prop room.
• Coordinate with external vendors for production services when needed.
• Share best practices and techniques with the design team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Advertising or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Comfortable with digital photography and video creation/editing for client presentations.
• Motivated to grow, take on new challenges and make a strong contribution.

Required skills

• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat.
• Microsoft PowerPoint and Office suite.
• Adobe Flash, After Effects, iTunes, iPhoto.
• Video editing tools such as iMovie, QuickTime Pro or equivalent.
• Proficiency on both Mac and PC platforms.
• 2‑D or 3‑D product rendering (a plus).
