About the role
We are looking for a Senior Electrical Associate to join our team and support the installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems across various projects. The role involves working with lighting, intercom, alarm and distribution components to ensure safe and reliable operation. The associate must follow safety standards and collaborate with other trades to deliver projects on schedule. Experience with troubleshooting and preventive maintenance is essential to keep systems operating efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Execute electrical wiring plans for lighting, intercom and other systems.
- Install electrical apparatus, fixtures and equipment for alarm and related systems.
- Fit safety and distribution components such as switches, resistors and circuit‑breaker panels.
- Prepare and assemble conduits, routing wiring through them.
- Inspect and replace aging wiring and insulated cables, clean circuits and prevent system breakdowns.
- Perform troubleshooting to identify hazards or malfunctions and repair or replace damaged units.
