SAP Consultant / Senior Consultant / Manager – China

About the role

Deloitte is seeking experienced SAP professionals to join its China delivery teams in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen or Guangzhou. You will work on end‑to‑end SAP S/4 HANA implementations, helping clients transform finance, supply chain and enterprise processes while leveraging emerging technologies such as AI, blockchain and IoT.

Key responsibilities

• Apply Deloitte methodology and SAP expertise to support the design, configuration and deployment of SAP solutions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality work products and ensure a superior client experience.
• Collect, assimilate and analyze client data, using standard tools to identify gaps and propose solutions.
• Apply basic financial concepts to client and Deloitte business models.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude, adapt to changing priorities and communicate ideas clearly.
• Leverage diverse resources, share findings and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of SAP with at least 3 years of implementation experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a high commitment to quality client service.
• Effective consultation and communication skills; self‑initiated, team‑oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Proven track record in business development is an advantage.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese; Japanese may be required depending on the project.
