职位概况
负责树脂生产部门的质量安全环境管理、品质管控及生产运营，确保生产计划顺利完成。
主要职责
- 负责本部门QHSE质量安全环境管理体系的运行与改进。
- 制定并落实各工序QA操作规程及树脂生产工艺。
- 协调生产计划，组织车间生产活动并处理异常。
- 跟踪订单完成情况，确保及时交付。
- 协助设备设施管理及绩效考核。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，化学相关专业。
- 5年以上树脂生产及现场管理经验。
