主要职责
- 负责商场消防、强弱电、电梯、空调等设备设施的日常运行、维保及故障处理，物业品质管控，涵盖保洁、绿化、设施维护，保障服务达标与资产保值。
- 负责工程信息化系统运行及监控，工程、物业预算、工作计划与成本控制。
- 负责管理外包维保、保洁、绿化等合作方，监督服务质量并进行考核，确保服务达标。
- 负责审核商户装修图纸，提供技术支持与工程条件对接，监督装修品质。
- 负责落实公司安全管理体系，组织隐患排查与消防演练，提高广场突发安全事件应急处置能力。
- 负责对接商户、政府部门及合作方等，协调处理涉及商场的相关工作，维护良好关系。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，暖通、机电、给排水、自动化、消防、信息、计算机等专业优先。
- 热爱生活，对商业感兴趣，有志于从事商业管理行业。
- 动手能力、执行力、责任心、团队协作能力强，有较高的职业追求。
- 加分项：有相关岗位实习经验。
