职位概况
负责品牌全平台社交媒体及线上线下活动的视觉设计，产出海报、互动图文、短视频封面、网页Banner、营销邮件等物料，确保视觉风格统一并符合平台特性。
主要职责
- 社交媒体视觉设计，包括小红书、微信、微博等渠道的海报、长图、短视频封面。
- 官网及活动落地页Banner设计，控制版式、尺寸适配。
- EDM邮件全套视觉设计，兼顾美观与转化。
- 品牌活动主视觉及延展物料设计，参与从创意到定稿全流程。
- 对接客户与执行团队，拆解需求并整理设计源文件，搭建素材库。
任职要求
- 2 年以上广告/公关或整合营销公司视觉设计经验，具备完整案例。
- 熟练使用PS、AI等设计软件，具备优秀的版式、色彩审美。
- 能够独立完成活动主KV及系列延展物料设计。
- 了解数字营销传播逻辑，有奢侈品、生活方式或文旅品牌经验者优先。
- 沟通顺畅，抗压能力强，可并行多个项目。
必备技能
- Photoshop（PS）
- Illustrator（AI）
