职位概况
在北京蓝色港湾店担任服装导购/品牌代表，负责为顾客提供热情、周到的服务，维护店铺形象，促进商品销售。
主要职责
- 为顾客提供热情、周到的接待，主动了解需求并提供商品推荐与搭配建议。
- 协助商品补货、折叠、挂放、按尺码整理，保持卖场整洁有序、陈列美观。
- 在收银台准确高效完成购买、退换货等交易，提供友好结账体验。
- 处理线上订单的缺货订购、门店自提、包装发货，确保全渠道购物顺畅。
任职要求
- 乐于与顾客交流，具备良好的服务意识。
- 愿意维护店铺整洁有序的环境。
必备技能
- 熟悉收银操作及商品陈列流程。
