职位概况
负责为高端酒店类客户提供社交媒体视觉创意，涵盖微信推文、短视频等全平台物料。
主要职责
- 策划并执行Social物料及偏年轻化、互动性强的视觉创意。
- 完成微信推文创意排版、小红书、微博海报、抖音、B站短视频创意及剪辑。
- 设计各平台广告Banner及其他线上物料。
- 参与团队头脑风暴，提供视觉Demo并把控质量。
任职要求
- 平面设计或艺术传达专业毕业，1-1.5 年广告公关类工作经验。
- 具备良好的艺术感和版式设计理解，能快速响应客户需求。
- 能独立完成微信推文、Social海报等多种设计任务。
- 思维活跃，沟通表达能力佳，具备自我管理意识。
必备技能
- 熟练使用 Photoshop、Illustrator、InDesign。
- 具备 GIF 动效制作及视频剪辑能力。
- 熟悉各类 AI 工具，能提升设计效率。
