职位概况
我们正在寻找具备国际视野、擅长东方美学的品牌创意设计师，负责品牌视觉体系的创意构思与落地执行，支持时尚美妆等高端品牌的视觉传播。
主要职责
- 解读国际视觉趋势，结合东方审美，为品牌及新品提供创意视觉方案。
- 制定并优化品牌VI规范，独立完成平面、画册、海报、KV等设计及落地。
- 运用AI生成技术快速产出品牌推广所需的视觉物料。
- 参与全案策划，包括TVC版式、产品拍摄、人物/艺人拍摄等。
- 紧跟新媒体设计潮流，负责媒体端图文排版、动态素材等。
任职要求
- 本科及以上艺术设计相关专业，3年以上时尚、美妆或消费品牌设计经验。
- 熟练使用PS、AI、ID、Illustrator等设计软件，熟悉AE、C4D或同类软件者优先。
- 具备AIGC制作技能，能独立产出高质量视觉素材。
- 拥有优秀的美术功底和对东方美学的独到见解，具备良好沟通与团队协作能力。
