About the role

The company is looking for a bilingual MES Trainer to deliver Aveva MES training for customers in the pharma domain. The role requires fluency in English and Korean, as well as the ability to translate technical content live during webinars and corporate sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Aveva MES training to customers, focusing on the pharmaceutical sector.
• Configure MBR, EBR and eBR in QA and production environments.
• Support UAT and Hypercare phases for deployed solutions.
• Conduct live English‑Korean translation during webinars and on‑site training sessions.

Required profile

• Positive, enthusiastic, self‑motivated and customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and professionals from diverse technical backgrounds.
• Quick learner with strong written and oral communication skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites regionally or worldwide.
