About the role
The Logistics Specialist will manage international transportation, warehouse operations, and inland delivery to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders and meet monthly sales targets. This role coordinates closely with finance, sales, and third‑party logistics providers.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor international shipments from overseas suppliers to APAC sea/air ports according to customer requirements.
- Oversee bonded and non‑bonded warehouse activities, including inbound/outbound processing, pick‑and‑pack, and monthly stock‑taking.
- Maintain accurate warehouse inventory, control running volume, and manage associated costs.
- Coordinate domestic inland transportation from warehouses to customer sites, ensuring on‑time delivery and cost efficiency.
- Supervise direct deliveries from local plants to customers.
- Communicate daily with finance (monthly cost reporting) and sales (stock availability, order status, delivery updates).
- Prepare and submit monthly KPI reports on schedule.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the department manager.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 3‑4+ years of logistics experience, preferably in bonded/non‑bonded warehouse operations and automotive aftermarket.
- Strong understanding of international trade principles between China and other countries.
- Proficient written and spoken English.
Required skills
- Advanced PC skills with MS Office.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) – a plus.
- Familiarity with SAP – a plus.
