About the role
Hogan Lovells Cadwalader is recruiting interns for its Beijing office within the Equity Capital Markets practice. The internship offers a wide range of tasks in legal research, translation and document preparation.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and due diligence
- Provide legal translation
- Prepare legal memoranda and draft legal documents in Chinese and English
Required profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law expected in 2027 or 2028; PRC bar qualification preferred
- Exceptional writing skills in both English and Chinese
- Available to work five days a week and willing to travel as required
- Prior experience at a law firm or in-house legal team is a plus
Required skills
- Strong legal research and writing capabilities
- Detail-oriented with a fast learning ability
- Excellent interpersonal and organisation skills
- Effective task management and ability to perform under pressure
