Global Supply Chain Operation Director – New Material

About the role

Lead end‑to‑end transformation of logistics, planning and fulfillment for a fast‑growing international manufacturer. Shape the future global supply‑chain strategy and drive operational excellence across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead global logistics operations and oversee overseas warehousing in several international locations.
• Develop and optimise transportation, warehouse and inventory strategies to boost efficiency and service levels.
• Establish and drive Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes for better demand‑supply alignment.
• Create an integrated end‑to‑end supply‑chain operating model covering logistics, planning and order fulfilment.
• Improve KPIs such as OTIF, inventory turns, customer service levels and logistics costs.
• Manage major supply‑chain risks, disruptions and strategic projects worldwide.
• Partner with digital transformation teams to implement TMS, control‑tower and other supply‑chain technologies.
• Lead and develop a multi‑functional supply‑chain team, establishing governance and performance management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, International Trade or related field.
• 10+ years of supply‑chain management experience with international or multi‑regional exposure.
• Proven experience in global logistics, overseas warehousing, international transportation and customs/compliance.
• Strong knowledge of S&OP, supply planning, inventory management and end‑to‑end supply‑chain processes.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams of 15+ employees in complex operational environments.
• Fluent English communication skills and ability to operate in a fast‑paced growth organisation.
