职位概况
博世集团招聘财务控制员，负责月度结账、业务报告与分析，支持业务部门的财务规划与控制工作。
主要职责
- 完成月度结账、业务报告及财务分析。
- 参与业务规划、预测、跟踪及差异分析。
- 为业务负责人提供财务控制支持，包括报告、分析、行动计划跟踪及潜在问题识别。
- 推动持续改进，完成上级交办的其他任务。
任职要求
- 具备财务、会计、金融、经济、数学或信息学等相关专业的本科或硕士学位。
- 1-3 年财务规划、控制或业务分析工作经验。
- 熟练使用 MS Office，尤其是 Excel。
- 具备良好的学习能力、抗压能力和问题解决能力。
必备技能
- Excel
- Power BI（加分）
- SAP（加分）
- SQL（加分）
- Python（加分）
