About the role

The Four Seasons Guangzhou is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join its Food & Beverage team as interns. This full‑time, six‑month (or longer) internship offers hands‑on experience in a luxury hotel environment, supporting guest service excellence across multiple dining venues.

Key responsibilities

• Provide or assist staff in delivering food and beverage items to guests according to department service procedures and standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to identify performance gaps and learning needs.
• Deliver a complete and satisfactory customer experience following hotel service procedures and core standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas.
• Attend designated training sessions punctually.
• Study and adhere to all Four Seasons employee handbook policies and standards.

Required profile

• Availability for a full‑time internship of six months or more.
• Passion for the service industry, cheerful and enthusiastic demeanor.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Good level of English communication.
