Data Analytics Analyst/Consultant – AI & Data – Shenzhen

About the role

Deloitte Consulting is seeking a motivated Analyst/Consultant to join its AI & Data practice in Shenzhen. You will work closely with clients to understand business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and deliver data‑driven solutions that support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct business requirements analysis and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Design, develop, and maintain data integration, collation, and processing pipelines.
• Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions in PostgreSQL, MySQL and GaussDB to model business logic.
• Create interactive dashboards and visualisations using Qlik Sense, Tableau, PowerBI or SmartBI.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure data quality, performance and scalability.

Required profile

• College degree or higher, preferably in a computer‑related discipline.
• 3‑4 years of relevant project experience in data analytics or consulting.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business problems into technical solutions.
