Data Analytics Analyst/Consultant – AI & Data

About the role

Deloitte Consulting is seeking a Data Analytics Analyst/Consultant to join its AI & Data team in Shenzhen. You will work closely with business stakeholders to translate needs into data‑driven solutions, leveraging advanced analytics and visualization tools.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements, producing clear documentation.
• Design, develop, and maintain data integration pipelines and processing workflows.
• Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions in PostgreSQL, MySQL and GaussDB.
• Create interactive dashboards and reports using Qlik Sense, Tableau, PowerBI or SmartBI.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure data quality and delivery of actionable insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in a computer‑related discipline.
• 3–4 years of relevant project experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• SQL proficiency (PostgreSQL, MySQL, GaussDB).
• Experience with data visualization tools: Qlik Sense, Tableau, PowerBI, SmartBI.
• Knowledge of data integration and processing techniques.
