About the role

Deloitte Consulting is seeking a Consultant or Senior Consultant to join its AI & Data (Operate) practice in Shanghai. The role focuses on translating business needs into data‑driven solutions, supporting clients across industries with integration, modeling and visualization projects.

Key responsibilities

Analyze and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Develop data integration, collation and processing pipelines.
Design and implement SQL procedures and complex business logic using PostgreSQL, MySQL and GaussDB.
Create interactive dashboards and visualizations with Qlik Sense, Tableau, PowerBI or SmartBI.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver end‑to‑end data solutions.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in a computer‑related discipline.
3‑4 years of relevant project experience in data integration or analytics.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
