About the role
We are looking for a Consultant or Senior Consultant to join Deloitte Consulting’s AI&D practice, serving clients across Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou and Shenzhen. The role involves delivering end‑to‑end technology consulting solutions that support digital transformation and innovation.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand day‑to‑day operations and translate business needs into technology solutions.
- Analyze industry trends and best practices to advise on digital journeys and transformation initiatives.
- Diagnose problems, conduct analyses and develop actionable solutions for client challenges.
- Communicate ideas clearly to build confidence with teams and clients.
- Consider end‑user experience throughout development cycles to enhance adoption.
Required profile
- Experience in consulting or technology advisory roles.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate solutions to clients.
