Consultant - Reputation & Risk Group (Business Security)

About the role

The Consultant will support Deloitte China's Global Delivery Center in implementing confidentiality, privacy and security initiatives across the firm. You will assist in strategy development, policy creation, training, and communication campaigns while ensuring compliance with business security programs.

Key responsibilities

• Support the rollout of confidentiality, privacy and security programs and related policies.
• Assist in developing strategies, updating policies and delivering training materials.
• Coordinate communications, surveys and campaigns to promote business security awareness.
• Monitor compliance, prepare periodic reports, dashboards and KPIs.
• Conduct regular internal reviews and audits of security program implementation.
• Collaborate with the Information Security Technology team and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Strong teamwork orientation and ability to work across cultures and seniority levels.
• Willingness to learn legal, regulatory and policy requirements in business security.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese.
• Experience in a professional services environment is a plus.
