职位概况
负责在上海 Bosch 研发中心领导组件系统工程团队，针对电机转子及相关组件进行成本控制、设计交付和生产准备工作。
主要职责
- 带领组件SE团队（包括工程、工艺、质量、采购、工厂、验证）实现目标成本。
- 从设计角度负责组件和装配的功能、可生产性、装配优化及预算控制。
- 创建模型和技术图纸，确保设计符合标准技术。
- 作为内部外部的设计技术联络人，发布工作产品（状态20）。
- 在eAxle集成团队、变更评审委员会和ECR中创建、对齐、呈现并执行变更。
- 推动变更成本透明化和改进，管理供应商技术对接。
任职要求
- 机械或电气工程学位。
- 具备电机设计或动力总成组件经验，尤其是ASM和PSM转子。
- 熟悉CAD工具和设计流程。
- 了解eMotor或eDrive系统者优先。
- 具备良好的中英文沟通能力。
必备技能
- 机械/电气工程专业知识。
- 电机转子设计经验。
- ASM、PSM转子技术。
- CAD建模与绘图。
- eMotor/eDrive系统理解。
