Associate MSL Manager – Multiple Myeloma

About the role

The Associate MSL Manager will support the Multiple Myeloma therapeutic area for Johnson & Johnson in China, engaging key opinion leaders and delivering scientific insights to drive product adoption and therapeutic innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and engage regional KOLs, providing proactive and reactive scientific communication on medical data.
• Deliver scientific presentations, organize advisory boards and medical education activities, and support sales with product training.
• Collect and relay external insights to shape brand and medical strategy, ensuring compliance with all program requirements.
• Prioritize evidence gaps and lead evidence‑generation initiatives aligned with therapeutic‑area strategy.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or higher in medical science, pharmacology or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of MSL experience, with deep understanding of the multiple myeloma market and regulatory environment.
• Strong analytical, communication and influencing skills, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
