Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager will support Four Seasons Hotel Shenzhen in meeting its local and global recruitment needs. The role works closely with the Director of People & Culture and other department heads to ensure the hotel attracts and retains top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional advisory and executive support to the Director of People & Culture in achieving strategic staffing goals.
• Liaise with department heads, prepare written staffing recommendations and forward them for approval.
• Analyze associate turnover ratios and advise the Director on retention strategies.
• Coordinate screening and assessment of all applicants.
• Participate in the development and implementation of recruitment policies and procedures.

Required profile

• University degree or higher.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Leadership and management capabilities.
• Self‑motivated with strong communication skills.
