About the role
As an AI Agent Engineer at Bosch Group, you will lead the technical design and implementation of AI and Generative AI solutions within the engineering domain. You will work closely with internal customers to explore and translate AI use cases into concrete technical projects.
Key responsibilities
- Lead AI/GenAI technical design and implementation using defined frameworks and technologies.
- Explore AI use cases in engineering by collaborating with internal stakeholders.
- Analyze AI/GenAI case requirements and hand them over to technical functions.
- Drive agile development within AI/GenAI project teams and ensure project success.
- Deploy AI/GenAI solutions while adhering to global technical standards.
- Implement AI‑related infrastructure for both local and global engineering environments.
- Coordinate technical synergy and collaboration with the global AI team.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, data analytics, AI algorithms or a related field.
- Experience with AI Agent frameworks, tools, and technologies.
- Proficiency in English and ability to communicate across cultures.
