职位概况
负责当班期间酒店的整体运营管理，确保前台、客房等部门协同高效，提升客人满意度。
主要职责
- 全面管理当班期间的酒店运营，协调前台、客房等部门工作。
- 督导前台使用系统完成预订、入住、退房及账务处理，确保数据准确。
- 处理宾客投诉及突发事件，提供及时解决方案。
- 检查员工仪容仪表，组织班前会议并分配任务。
- 监控客房状态及预订情况，优化房态提升收益。
- 审核营收报表、交接班记录及备用金账目，确保财务合规。
- 配合部门经理开展培训、绩效考核及行政事务。
任职要求
- 大专及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理等相关专业优先。
- 2年以上酒店前台或值班经理工作经验，熟悉酒店运营流程。
- 熟练使用Word、Excel、PPT及前台Opera系统。
- 年龄25-35岁，具备良好沟通协调及突发事件处理能力。
- 服务意识强，抗压能力佳，能适应轮班工作制。
- 持有酒店相关职业资格证书者优先。
