职位概况
面向应届毕业生招聘造价工程师，负责项目全过程的造价计量、成本控制及商务管理工作。
主要职责
- 根据图纸和技术要求编制工程量、施工图预算和清单计价。
- 在项目实施阶段办理业主或甲方的报量、进度款申请、签证变更、竣工结算及审计。
- 负责分包单位/供应商的签证变更、进度款和竣工结算等成本控制。
- 录入并管理项目商务/成本管理信息系统数据，收集、审核并维护经营/商务基础资料台账。
- 贯彻执行公司运营成本管理制度，遵守项目部相关流程。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，土木工程、工程管理或工程造价相关专业。
