Job description
职位概况
负责呼和浩特商场的设施运行与维护，涵盖消防、强弱电、电梯、空调等系统，确保物业品质与资产保值。
主要职责
- 日常运行、维保及故障处理商场消防、强弱电、电梯、空调等设备。
- 管理保洁、绿化、设施维护等外包服务，监督质量并进行考核。
- 审核商户装修图纸，提供技术支持并监督装修品质。
- 运行工程信息化系统，编制预算、工作计划并控制成本。
- 落实安全管理体系，组织隐患排查与消防演练，提高应急处置能力。
- 对接商户、政府及合作方，协调处理商场相关事务。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，暖通、机电、给排水、自动化、消防、信息或计算机等专业优先。
- 热爱生活，关注商业，对商业管理有兴趣。
- 具备动手能力、执行力、责任心和团队协作精神。
- 有相关岗位实习经验者优先。
