职位概况
负责水处理项目施工现场的整体管理，统筹进度、质量、安全、成本及团队，确保项目顺利交付。
主要职责
- 领导现场施工，控制进度、成本、质量和安全。
- 管理分包商，协调客户、设计方、项目团队及供应商。
- 组织安装、施工及试运行前的准备工作。
- 向管理层汇报现场状况及风险。
- 指导现场工程师和技术人员。
任职要求
- 工程学学士学位。
- 8年以上水务或建筑行业现场管理经验。
必备技能
- 较强的领导力和协调能力。
