Job description
职位概况
负责门店资产保护，制定并落实损失管理、安全管理及诚信调查等工作，确保商场目标达成并降低风险。
主要职责
- 根据商场目标制定工作计划，推动并跟进完成情况。
- 定期评估并控制店内外盗损、商品破损、库存损耗，提出成本节约建议。
- 负责消防安全及整体安全管理，组织安全培训，协调外部消防部门。
- 开展诚信调查，制定年度计划并进行员工诚信培训。
- 向区域提出改进建议，完善公司制度流程。
- 与营运、人力资源、维修等部门保持协作，降低风险、提升利润。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历。
- 具备零售或资产保护行业经验，接受无经验培养。
- 熟悉消防安全、安全生产管理及职业健康相关法律法规。
