职位概况
负责汽车内外饰的概念设计、效果图、数字模型及油泥模型制作，确保设计方案符合品牌方向与质量要求。
主要职责
- 依据设计领导的方向与趋势，高效完成内外饰设计方案。
- 配合项目管理经理与造型设计经理制定设计进度并提交高水平方案。
- 示范并提升效果图、数字模型及油泥模型的制作效率。
- 与油泥模型和数字设计团队紧密协作，提供明确的设计指令。
- 参与设计研究、趋势报告及方案优化，提出合理化建议。
- 推动全尺寸模型的标杆建设，确保装饰模型质量。
任职要求
- 工业、汽车或产品设计本科及以上学历。
- 具备优秀的设计天赋和创新能力。
- 熟悉整车开发流程，能够独立负责1-2个项目。
- 具备三维模型开发与展示能力。
- 熟练使用设计软件。
- 能够使用英语进行日常沟通。
必备技能
- 三维建模
- 设计软件（如CATIA、Rhino、Alias等）
- 英语沟通
