Team Lead - Valuations

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Team Lead to manage the Valuation and Risk Advisory (VRA) services for a variety of property types. The role involves overseeing end‑to‑end valuation processes, ensuring compliance with professional standards, and driving efficiency through technology.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full valuation cycle, including data collection, market research, financial modelling, and report preparation in line with RICS, HKIS and internal guidelines.
• Supervise a team of around 10 members, assign tasks, review work products, and provide mentorship and on‑the‑job training.
• Maintain and update the internal knowledge base, SOPs and best‑practice guides, and identify opportunities for workflow optimisation.
• Utilise advanced tools such as Excel, VBA, Python and AI to automate repetitive tasks and enhance data analysis.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals (MHKIS, MRICS, CFA, CPA) to deliver high‑quality consultancy deliverables to clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Real Estate Economics, Asset Valuation, Economics, Accounting, Auditing or related fields.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities with experience in financial modelling and complex data analysis.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Chinese proficiency required, Cantonese a plus.
• Self‑motivated, able to multitask and work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
