Senior PR Communication Manager – Burberry Beauty

About the role

The Senior PR Communication Manager will lead all communication activities for Burberry Beauty, a key brand within Coty’s portfolio. You will shape brand perception, drive influencer collaborations and ensure a cohesive presence across media and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop annual brand communication strategies with clear objectives, metrics and execution plans.
• Define and manage the celebrity/influencer strategy to balance brand image and commercial goals.
• Oversee brand ambassador and celebrity collaborations, from negotiation to asset creation and effectiveness tracking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media and influencers, establishing a pool of brand advocates.
• Localize and produce communication assets such as press kits, innovation briefs and event press releases.
• Plan and lead PR events and support trade events to generate social buzz.
• Collaborate with brand marketing teams to maximise brand influence across campaigns.
• Define and execute the brand’s own social platform strategy, working with the global team to grow follower engagement.
• Manage brand assets, including e‑commerce pages and asset reviews.
• Lead the Burberry Beauty PR team, manage the PR budget and coordinate with cross‑functional and global teams to ensure consistent messaging.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in PR communication, preferably within the prestige beauty sector.
• Familiarity with beauty production, digital activation and relevant platforms.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Strong data‑analysis capability.
• Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate teams, act with integrity, be detail‑driven and set priorities effectively.
