About the role
Mastercard is seeking a seasoned manager to lead the end‑to‑end lifecycle of its security products and solutions in China. The role will shape product strategy, drive market adoption and work closely with sales and cross‑functional teams to deliver secure, innovative payment experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Define and own the security product roadmap for China, aligning with global and regional strategies.
- Develop product positioning, target segments and value propositions tailored to the Chinese market.
- Act as the primary product owner, guiding product development, launch, pilots and scaled roll‑outs.
- Equip sales and specialist teams with messaging, materials and guidance to accelerate adoption.
- Partner with Sales, Solutions and Specialist teams to drive revenue and support key customer engagements, including escalations and executive discussions.
- Monitor product performance, adoption metrics and continuously optimise based on feedback.
Required profile
- 8–12+ years of experience in fraud management or product management.
- Proven track record of owning products from strategy through execution.
- Deep understanding of the Chinese market, including regulatory and ecosystem dynamics.
- Ability to work independently and manage complex trade‑offs.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
