职位概况
负责制造工艺的制定、执行与优化，参与机械零部件的机加工、装配及质量检验，支持生产制造数字化转型。
主要职责
- 在生产一线按计划完成机加工、装配及质量检测。
- 识别并分析加工装配过程中的问题，提出并实施改进方案。
- 制定数控加工程序、刀具应用及工装夹具设计，完成样件放行。
- 建立并管理技术文件，推动技术转移与跨部门协作。
- 独立承担工艺工程师职责，创新工艺方法，参与数字化项目。
任职要求
- 机械或工程类本科学历，应届生或1-2年工作经验。
- 具备机械设计理论、机械制图及相应软件使用能力。
- 掌握统计分析方法，具备基础英语阅读能力。
- 结构化思维，良好沟通与合作精神，强烈学习意愿。
