Marketing Executive – Prestige Fragrances

About the role

Join Coty’s Prestige Fragrances team as a Marketing Executive and work on iconic fragrance brands. You will gain hands‑on experience in brand marketing, campaign activations, retail excellence, and commercial strategy within a fast‑paced, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of 360° marketing campaigns across multiple prestige fragrance brands.
• Collaborate with agencies, retailers, influencers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
• Work closely with Commercial, E‑commerce, Trade Marketing, Consumer Insights and Supply teams to meet business objectives.
• Assist with social and retail activations to boost brand awareness, engagement and conversion.
• Monitor consumer, market and cultural trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Track campaign performance and contribute to post‑campaign analysis and reporting.
• Coordinate product samples, POSM, and marketing collateral.
• Handle PO creation, invoice processing, payment follow‑up and budget tracking.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in beauty, fragrance, luxury or FMCG.
• Strong organizational skills, detail‑orientation and ability to take ownership in a fast‑moving environment.
• Passion for beauty, fragrance, fashion or lifestyle brands.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
