Logistics Key Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Logistics Key Account Manager to lead the strategic management and growth of high‑value logistics clients. You will act as the primary trusted business partner, ensuring client satisfaction, KPI performance, and tailored end‑to‑end supply‑chain solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for assigned GB key accounts, building long‑term relationships with client stakeholders.
• Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs/KPIs) to align performance and address pain points.
• Monitor client satisfaction, resolve escalations, and ensure service delivery meets SLAs.
• Achieve assigned KPI targets, review monthly performance, and lead PDCA/CIP projects with logistics service providers (LSPs).
• Manage LSP audits, tender switches, and act as Level 2 escalation handler.
• Design and deliver customized logistics solutions in partnership with operations, planning, and packing teams.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, finance, warehouse, and carrier management to resolve bottlenecks.
• Provide regular performance updates to management and identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics account management or supply‑chain key account roles.
• Strong ability to manage and improve KPI performance.
• Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating with LSPs and handling complex logistics projects.
