About the role
Join UPS as a Hub Sorter, where you will play a vital part in the efficient movement of packages through our sorting facilities. This fast‑paced position involves loading, unloading, scanning, and organizing shipments to keep our network running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Load and unload UPS packages from trailers and package cars.
- Scan, sort, and stock packages according to UPS handling methods.
- Operate heavy machinery when required to move packages safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in a high‑volume environment.
Required profile
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs (32 kg) regularly.
- Capability to read and memorize postal codes accurately.
- Flexibility to work varied shift hours, up to five days per week.
- Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory.
